Information you provide
The service stores the business details, links, chosen designs and images you save to your card. Details shown on a published card are visible to anyone with its link. Contact exchange sends only the details a visitor chooses to submit, with their consent, to the card owner.
Selfie matching
Selfie matching runs on your device using a locally loaded model. The selfie itself is not uploaded by this feature. Saving the generated avatar stores its design settings and rendered image. It is not used to identify you.
Activity and access
The card owner can see aggregate counts of views, link clicks, NFC/QR opens and contact downloads. A scan does not disclose the visitor’s phone number or email. The service also processes login and security information to control workspace access.
Workspace access and requests
Access to private profile editing, contacts and device management is restricted to authorized users and administrators. To request access, corrections or removal of your information, contact the profile owner or use the BOSSNFC support form. Hosting and storage are provided through the Sites platform. Google sign-in, when selected, provides your name, verified email and account identifier; BOSSNFC does not receive your Google password. Verification and password-recovery emails are delivered through our transactional email provider. Support requests store the name, email and message you submit.
